The BC Critical Minerals Forum brings together senior leaders from mining, Indigenous Nations, government, finance, infrastructure, processing and technology to examine the investment, partnerships, policies and infrastructure needed to advance British Columbia’s critical minerals projects. The Forum provides a focused setting for building relationships, sharing practical solutions and strengthening Canada’s secure and resilient critical minerals supply chains.

  • The BC Critical Minerals Forum is designed for mining companies, investors, Indigenous partners, government, utilities, OEMs, technology providers, infrastructure developers, and anyone shaping Canada's critical minerals supply chain. If you are interested in helping make critical minerals projects in BC a success, then this event is for you.

  • This Forum focuses exclusively on the financing, infrastructure, permitting, partnerships, and investment strategies needed to accelerate the critical minerals value chain in BC. We aim to get all the right people in one room to make these projects happen. You'll connect with and hear directly from industry leaders, First Nations partners, finance, policymakers, and project developers driving the sector forward.

  • The BC Critical Minerals Forum will take place in the second half of April 2027. The event will be in downtown Vancouver. The dates and venue will be announced in August.

  • Yes. The Forum is built around high-value networking, with dedicated networking breaks, exhibition areas, receptions, and opportunities to connect with mining executives, investors, Indigenous leaders, government representatives, and solution providers.

  • We spend months undertaking primary research with all the stakeholders in BC mining - the government, First Nations, mining company representatives, industry bodies etc. Through these conversation we craft an agenda that coalesces the current thoughts and concerns of all sectors.
